AI Act — High-Risk System Monitoring

Brush operates an automated content moderation pipeline in accordance with the EU AI Act. We maintain internal logs of AI decisions for a minimum of 6 months. Post-market monitoring reports will be included in future transparency publications.

Methodology

Data is compiled from our internal moderation database, Cloudflare R2 access logs, and Stripe billing records. Figures are rounded to the nearest 10 to prevent de-anonymisation of individuals. The first annual report will be published in Q1 2027 covering 2026.
